Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PCOS Tracker ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully, especially the medical disclaimer section.

i. Use of the App

PCOS Tracker is a symptom logging and cycle tracking application designed for individuals living with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. You may use the app for lawful, personal health tracking purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Make medical decisions based solely on information provided by the app
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Abuse the AI service by submitting excessive or automated requests
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the app to collect or store data on behalf of other individuals without their explicit consent

ii. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. Given the sensitive nature of health data stored in the app, we strongly recommend using a unique, strong password and enabling any available security features on your device. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

iii. Health Data and Consent

By using PCOS Tracker, you consent to the collection and processing of sensitive health data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Symptom data (pain levels, mood, bloating, acne severity, energy, sleep quality)
• Menstrual cycle and period data
• Hair symptom data (hirsutism, thinning)
• Weight and body measurements
• Exercise and dietary information
• Medication and diagnosis information

You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your health data is handled.

iv. AI-Generated Content

PCOS Tracker uses artificial intelligence to analyze your symptom data and generate insights. Important limitations:

• AI insights identify patterns and correlations in your logged data. They are not medical diagnoses.
• AI-generated trend analysis may not always be accurate, especially with limited data (fewer than 7 days of logs).
• Correlations identified by AI do not necessarily indicate causation.
• You are responsible for discussing any significant patterns or concerns with your healthcare provider.
• The app always includes reminders to consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.

v. Free and Premium Plans

PCOS Tracker offers a free tier with daily symptom logging, 7 days of history, basic cycle tracking, and daily reminders. The premium subscription is $4.99 per month (or $39.99 per year) and includes AI-powered insights, unlimited history, PDF export, advanced charts, and custom symptom categories.

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

vi. Data Export

Premium users can export their symptom data as PDF reports to share with healthcare providers. Exported reports are generated on your device and are your responsibility to share, store, and secure. We are not responsible for the security of exported data once it leaves the app.

vii. Intellectual Property

PCOS Tracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. Your symptom data, logs, and exported reports belong to you.

viii. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing:

• We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated insights.
• We do not warrant that the app is suitable for diagnosing, treating, or managing any medical condition.
• Cycle predictions are estimates only and should not be relied upon for medical or family planning purposes.

ix. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated insights, inaccurate symptom correlations, incorrect cycle predictions, or any health decisions made based on information provided by the app.

x. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DJUMP, MB from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, including any claims related to health decisions made based on app-provided information.

xi. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how we collect, use, and protect your sensitive health data.

xii. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

xiii. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with respect to personal and health data processing.
